Newcastle United Set to renew interest in Liverpool striker Danny Ings when January transfer Opens.
25-year-old Danny Ings has had a rough time with knee injuries since moving to Liverpool from Burnley and has been making progress in Liverpool U23s, scoring four goals in the 7-0 thumping over Bristol City at the weekend.
Newcastle want another striker, and were keen on Ings in the summer and have earmarked him for a potential loan deal.
Liverpool's Harry Wilson, Jon Flanagan and Ovie Ejaria may also be allowed out in January while Lazar Markovic is available for sale.
Ings' Anfield career began brightly and he scored three times in his first eight appearances under Brendan Rodgers after joining in 2015.
But two serious knee injuries have limited the England striker to only three first-team appearances under Jurgen Klopp.
