Real Madrid set to offer David de Gea

David de Gea has been in link with Real Madrid for the past few months but nothing have been taken seriously. With the latest reports, Real Madrid are ready to launch a bumper offer to secure his services.

While Manchester United were strongly linked with Gareth Bale and reports suggested that deal could include de Gea’s departure but the Los Blancos have made it clear that they will not sell their world record move and will go only for Spanish keeper who was signed for a fee around £18million from Atletico Madrid few years ago.

Daily Star also reported that Manchester United have demanded £50million for their star player which would make him the most expensive goalkeeper in the history of football. The current record holder is Gianluigi Buffon who was signed by Juventus from Parma for £33million in 2001.

United have already signed former Barcelona keeper Victor Valdes few weeks ago on a free transfer which hinted a move for the 24-year-old.

De Gea has been eyed as a long term replacement of veteran Iker Casillas. From many sources it was quoted that De Gea will be at Madrid next season.
Meanwhile, Juventus are willing to sign on loan Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao.
