Arsene Wenger Should Learn From Mourinho - Terry Venables

Former manager of England and Tottenham Hotspur manager Terry Venables wrote in his report that Arsene Wenger

should learn from Jose Mourinho on how to do business in the transfer season and urged the Frenchman to make the most out of the deadline day.

He praised Mourinho in his report by saying that he learns from his shortcomings in the previous seasons, while Arsene Wenger does not do the same.

"It’s the same shortcomings as last year and they need to learn from Chelsea. Jose Mourinho saw his Chelsea side were close so he brought in those extra key players who can change the fortunes of a team." He wrote.

He also talked on the matter that leads to Arsenal fans making excuses at the end of season by saying that Wenger could easily avoid the injury whining by signing two more players.

"By bringing in two extra players, Arsene would not only give himself invaluable cover against unexpected injuries, he’d also be bringing in extra competition.

Suddenly his key players will be looking over their shoulders and going the extra mile to keep their places." He added.

He also talked on how risks pay off at the end and gave the example of Rodgers signing Mario Balotelli from AC Milan.
