Arsenal In Advanced Talk With Carlo Ancelotti To Replace Arsene Wenger at The End of The Season

Arsenal were embarrassingly knocked out of the FA Cup by Nottingham Forest at the weekend, and they haven’t won the Premier League since 2004.

According to Corriere dello Sport, the club’s owner has decided that Arsene Wenger will leave the club in the summer, after 21 years.

The Frenchman is under contract until 2019, but he has been intensely criticised in recent years.

The newspaper states that Ancelotti has already agreed in principle to a contract worth €10m per year, not including bonuses.

While the FIGC still hopes to convince Carletto to change his mind and take over as Italy, they could’t match that kind of salary.
